This week in Minot, as we embrace the warming weather, the cheese market is bustling with activity. Despite recent storm disruptions, cheese production remains steady, with processors reporting comfortable inventory levels. The market is seeing a balance between retail and foodservice demand, with a noted increase in international purchasing interest, particularly in the West.

This week we’re diverging from our regular Dip Forecast. Friday is National Cheese Lover’s Day and National Use Your Gift Card Day so this is no week to stay home.

Here’s a roundup of delectable cheesy delights that are sure to tantalize your taste buds if you’re out and about in Minot.
