Jack Russel Weinstein, Chester Fritz Distinguished Professor of philosophy and director of the Institute for Philosophy in Public Life at the University of North Dakota will give keynote address as part of the 73rd annual International Peace Garden Conference. The address begins at 1:30 pm at Hartnett Hall on the campus of Minot State University and is open to the public.
