GRILLED SANDWICH

Fiery Little Rascal: PSB bun, smoked brat, PSB relish, sriracha ketchup, topped with red pepper flakes

SOUP

Sourdough Tomato Soup: Tomato, veggie stock, sourdough bread, onion, garlic, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, and basil (garnished with basil as well)

Reuben Soup: Onion, celery, garlic confit, butter, corned beef, vegetable stock, sauerkraut, salt, pepper, dill, caraway, ground mustard, heavy cream, garnished with swiss cheese and dill pickles

SALAD

Halloween Orzo Pasta Salad: Orzo, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onion, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, parmesan vinaigrette {parmesan, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper}

PIZZA – Weekend only

Vampire Slayer: PSB crust, alfredo sauce {heavy cream, cream cheese, parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic} roasted garlic and sausage.
