Over at Whiskey Nine, they’re hosting one last Guitars on the Green evening before the performers take a break for summer. You can almost hear the joyful little sounds dancing across the green. And old friends John Spitzer on the drums and Kim Whittemore on that sweet steel guitar – imagine how their music will make all those happy trees sway.
But that’s not all! Off The Vine is featuring some brand new drink specials this sunny May day. I’m particularly fond of their black currant fizz – it reminds me of those deep, vivid colors you get when you really load up that brush. And that homemade cold brew espresso liqueur, well it’ll put a bright little highlight right on the canvas of your day.
No matter where you go today, keep an eye out for all those happy little accidents waiting to happen. Who knows, you might just stumble into an Aviation Maintenance Technician Day celebration or a group of folks observing National Cooler Day.
