Cannoli Toast & The Rueben (+ Soups)

Each week — A little something different, a little something special. Always delicious. Here they are:

TOAST
❄️Cannoli: PSB sourdough, spread {ricotta, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, orange zest, mini chocolate chips}, topped with chopped maraschino cherries and pistachios

GRILLED SANDWICH
❄️Reuben: PSB pumpernickel bread, sauerkraut cream cheese, swiss cheese, corned beef, and thousand island dressing.

SOUP
❄️Loaded Baked Potato Soup: butter, onion, garlic, flour, potatoes, veggie broth, heavy cream, salt, black pepper. Served with sour cream, bacon, shredded cheddar, green onions.

❄️Chickpea Coconut Curry Soup (GF*): chickpeas, tomato, coconut milk, olive oil, onion, garlic, curry, red chili flakes, lime, salt. Served with white rice and cilantro.

PIZZA – Vanity Pie: PSB pizza crust, PSB pizza sauce {tomatoes, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt}, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pineapple, jalapenos
