Eggs Benny: hollandaise sauce {egg yolk, lemon, dijon, sriracha, butter, salt}, egg {spinach, salt, pepper, heavy cream}, tomato, bacon, chives

GRILLED SANDWICH
Roast Beef & Pico: PSB bread, roast beef, cotija cheese, pico de gallo (tomatoes. red onion, cilantro, lime, salt) l, lime mayo

SOUP
Sourdough Tomato Soup: Tomato, veggie stock, sourdough bread, onion, garlic, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, and basil (garnished with basil as well)

Creamy Reuben Soup: Onion, celery, garlic confit, butter, corned beef, vegetable stock, sauerkraut, salt, pepper, dill, caraway, ground mustard, heavy cream, garnished with swiss cheese and dill pickles

SALAD
The Green Beagle: Arugula from Beagle Hill Organic Farm, sauerkraut, chicken, pumpkin seeds, green apple, tossed in salt and pepper olive oil
